Publisher Terms of Use

Textmolt Publisher is an owner-operated local Windows utility for the operator's own YouTube channel. It is not a subscription offer, a Google product, or a public multi-user publishing service.

Platform terms

This client uses YouTube API Services. Use of the client is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and applicable YouTube API Services Terms of Service. The Publisher Privacy Policy explains data access and storage. Google and YouTube do not sponsor or endorse this tool.

Operator responsibility

The operator must have the rights and permissions needed for every video, soundtrack and item of metadata they upload. Titles, descriptions, audience designations, synthetic-content disclosures and publication times must accurately describe the content and intended use. The tool may not be used to evade platform restrictions, upload spam, impersonate others or operate channels without authorization.

Publication control

An OAuth grant authorizes API access; it is not approval to publish every local file. The local tool requires an approved plan, a matching source hash, a pinned channel and a valid upload window. Public or scheduled release also requires the separate release switch. A private test upload is not a public release.

The operator's computer must be available and the authorization valid for local scheduling to execute. An interruption can leave an upload's outcome uncertain. The operator must inspect existing results rather than repeat the upload blindly. No guaranteed posting time, uninterrupted service, view count or commercial result is promised.

Stopping use and support

The operator may disable the local task and revoke Google access at any time. Uploaded videos and local data are managed separately as described in the Privacy Policy. Contact [email protected] with questions. These operational terms do not limit rights or obligations imposed by applicable law.
